Cho bột mì, men khô, nước vào nhào cho thật mịn. Sau đó tạo thành khối tròn. Củ cải bào sợ, vắt khô nước 2/3. Hành lá, gừng thái nhỏ. Cho củ cải, thịt heo, hành, gừng, hạt tiêu, nước tương, rượu, trứng, bột bắp và muối vào bát trộn đầu.

Bột đã nhào chia thành nhiều phần bằng nhau. Dùng muỗng lấy một lượng vừa đủ hỗn hợp củ cải để làm nhân bánh. Dùng tay gấp đầu chiếc bánh lại. Sau đó ấn dẹp chiếc bánh xuống. Cho bánh vào chảo chiên chín 2 mặt chiếc bánh trên lửa nhỏ. Tắt bếp.
